A really nice outfit. I was a bit surprised by the lack of color, but I'm passed that. She looks lovely!

Queen Silvia's daytime outfit today was fabulous, one of her best ever. I loved everything in it.

But the evening outfit is a miss for me. Once again she ruins the outfit with those "flowers", which looked bad at her outfit at Alexander's christening. And that the top and bottom are from different fabrics and colours doesn't help at all.

Yeah, those flowers look cheap. I think that only Silvia has the great gift to look good in those dresses. Other royal women would have looked frumpy or simply terrible.

I may have loved the dress if not for those flowers. The color is great.

The color is great as is the tiara and jewels but the flowers need to be yanked off and burned.

Today's gown is such a better took. The color is beautiful on her, and the simple look suits her, no 3D flowers.

Love seeing her in the Baden, been a while.

I find this gown beautiful. I love the color.

I don't care for this gown. I don't like the shade of purple and the style is not good either.

Whomever got that brooch to sit on that fabric and not look like it is pulling at all deserves an honour. Yes - I know it's lined, but there is not even a hint of a tug!

I am not impressed with both evening outfits, what bothers me more and more with Silvia's look is the harsh colour of her hair, she is over 70, the dark brown hair looks so unnatural with her face that has aged accordingly.

Other Queens of her age group look much better with lighter hair, like Sofia, Beatrix, even QEII or Margrethe in grey.
