I'm with the others re this dress. Something just doesn't look right. Flawless hair and make-up, however!

It's like the designer couldn't decide- Ballgown or trouser suit? It's like they started out thinking ballgown , changed their minds halfway through.
Looks thrown together.

I'm not sure if I've commented on this one, but I like the outfit Silvia wore during her visit to Latvia. Is it a repeat from her birthday gala? I'm sure I've seen this outfit before.

I'm just not liking this coat on her. It makes her look dumpy, and I don't like that it is shorter than her dress. Queen Silvia rarely makes a mistake, but this is one time she did imo. It lacks the smartness and elegance she usually has.

I don't know-. This time I kind of like it.
Though it still is definitely one of her worst.
I still don't like the ruffles, and the glitter on the top.
The Dutch ladies look much better.

I agree about the ruffles. She doesn't look as elegant as she always seems to look. Maybe her hair? She also seems tired..

The arrival coat looks like it is padded! Just awful. Love her red gown, accentuates her fabulous aged 70! figure!
Grey suit for museum, just perfect.
She does looks tired to me too.

Queen Silvia's Fashion and Style Part 4: April 2013 -
Silvia's dress for the Belgian introductory visit appeared new. It did however remind me of her purple dress.
