Yes xavi it´s a Rolland Mouret´s dress.
Yes the bag doesn´t match with the dress but is beautiful and different. rania wore the bag before.

I love the green dress and the clutch. This type of bags are not supposed to match each outfit perfectly.

Queen Rania chose a black and white evening dress for the dinner hosted by the Prince of Wales and the duchess of Cornwall.

Super elegant. She looks great!
and is she wearing nail polish? I don't think I have ever seen her with it before. A really lovely look.

the dress is so elegant ; but there is something I did not like in her make up and hairdo in both lunch and dinner looks ..

I am not sure about the dress as I didn't see how it looks from front view. There's something weird from side view, it's huging and Rania's body's proportions don't look nice, her butty part looks a bit low.

She needed a better hairdo with that gown, dare I say an updo, and while the black and white combo is classic and elegant, I don't care for the pattern.

Not really a fan of both dresses but I can say that this one is a little bit better that the white and red one. She could wear a better designed dress.

I will give it points for being better than the lunch outfit. Maybe she should start wearing more traditional Jordanian outfits. Probably be cheaper than shopping in Rome or Paris or London or NYC.

Queen Rania's sculptural dress did nothing to flatter her. Any Elie Saab gown with a proper updo would have been infintely better.

This dress is okay, but not stunning. Rania is absolutely beautiful I know that she can do better. I agree with Al_bino, an Elie Saab would have been fantastic for this event. Of course, she might not have chosen that designer knowing that it was a good bet that MT would wear the designer.

As with the luncheon, Rania looked nice but something was just not right...
I guess I concur with Mademoiselle Lilo, as there is something very Rania about it and it is not as though the dress is horrendous, but perhaps it was the wrong event for the dress.
