Not a good look at all. She usually looks amazing at these events. But the shiny material, the bizarre cuffs and neck, the overall grad/judge robe look, nothing working for me.

I dislike this dress. It's odd looking. She has worn more impressive looks at Independence Day.

I dislike this dress too. The the fabric is too shiny and the whole look
reminded me graduation wear too. I can not say anything positive.
