I might be mistaken, but Queen Rania's dress reminded me of a Ukrainian vyshivnaka. This is an example Embroidered dress "Blue Bird". Brands "Vita Kin" and "March11" could cost more than $1000.

Though I am not a fan of those neck ties, Queen Rania's outfit looks really nice. The skirt with the colored lines and that pink top, it works very well. The hair also looks really nice and thats a nice hairstyle that works well with the rest of the look.

Beautiful dress. It is from Figue's Fall/Winter 2016 collection. Would be great to see QR in Figue more because they have a lot of great embroidered dresses.

Leather jacket is by Alexander McQueen. IMO soft ruffle doesn't work with leather & the jacket looks strange and a bit too tight on QR. Bag is Fendi 2Jours shopper bag.

More of a rockstar look with the leather jacket and the leather patches on the shoulders. Love her bag and her hair looked really nice.
