The pants color is my only complain if not that outfit is very chic,the hair is well done too.

You are right! I haven't noticed it! The gray piece with the cut outs could be Christopher Kane? It looks like a cut out peplum top

It is actually the grey "Lullaby" cut out top by Cushnie et Ochs.
About her trousers, I think it is possible that it is also by Cushnie et Ochs from the same collection ( link), but I am not too sure as it isn't the same colour.
