The dress looked better in April 2017, with a hat. On its own it is rather boring and frumpy. I suppose it is decent enough though, but it does nothing for the wearer. It is the 4th of these lacy Natan numbers that HM has worn in just a few days, let's hope they will be locked up in the cupboard for winter soon.

I agree, it's distracting. I prefer such a dress being worn eg like Letizia did, same colour underneath.
