A big no from me. Looks like her typical designer's work and don't like the heavy costume jewelry nor the red lipstick.

Those shoes are sinfully ugly. She should burn them.

Good heavens, what a cramped program they have. Just back from Northern Germany, hoppa: the King has to change in jacquet for the Investiture of a new minister, then change again to head for the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam... I think Queen Máxima has barely had time to speak with Amalia, Alexia and Ariane!

The Queen looks glamorous, wow. I just saw the arrival of the royal couple on NOS Journaal, under an bombardment of flashlights. The black "necklace" looks like the collar of the black dress to me. The maquillage and hairdo completed the look. The shoes look 'mabelian' (Viktor & Rolf) to me.

This outfit is awful. I really dislike the cape.

The cape ("a sleeveless outer garment") is what it is: a cape, an outer garment, to cover shoulders between the car and the entrance....
Inside the Concertgebouw the Lady Patroness of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (the Queen) wore a sleeveless dress. Pictures will follow.

Were it not for the lining, I might have thought that cape was whipped together with fabric and a glue gun. Ick, IMHO

I really like this look. The only quibble is that the cape looks a little ill fitting, but I'm not entirely sure because all the pics I've seen were with HM in motion.

And the fabric is so stiff. Natan for sure, awful again. And the make-upo/hair team seem to have been on an early weekend break.

We can not blame Natan. He makes what he makes. It is Her Majesty herself who -for mysterious reasons- sticks to Natan, his ill-fitting creatures, with wrinkles or far too shiny, with doublures in Belgium and Luxembourg, etc.
Your Majesty, go to Claes Iversen. He will have misses too, but at least you are wearing something that is not worn by a fleet of other Benelux royals.
