The shoes and hat are the better elements of the ensemble. I am not sure about a dress made of what appears to be waffle-cloth with stain sploges.

I love the dark grey/black dress Maxima wore during her visit to Bussum. Whilst I prefer her in bolder colours such as red and pink, I think she looks great in this colour too. Having said that, I'm kind of neutral on the top half of her outfit as I don't think the fitting is that flattering, but I think that might be just me.
From what I can see, I'm not a huge fan of the material of Maxima's latest dress, but the dress itself is nice and I love the vibrant floral pattern. The hat is fine, the colour of it fits in nicely with the outfit. In general, I'd say that this outfit is very 'her'.

Love the vibrant color of the dress,the hat is cute. This is quintessential Maxima look. it enhances her exuberance.

Well, this dress looks like Natan designed it in his sleep, same neck drape, same ugly belt, same 3/4 sleeve, same too tight across the hips and bust.
I can't get over how awful she looks in this hat. Really unflattering look for her.
Do like the sling back shoes.

I love the dress and all the colors on her, the hat...........to tall for her. She already is a tall lady and if the hat would be just an inch or tow shorter on top, it would be perfect. I looks like one of those *stove top hats* in the old movies of Laurel and Hardy films.
It's an 9 for me.....and of course that smile does it!

The dress is nice, but the hat is awful. I hate some Maxima's hats, hiding all her head and hair, not gracious at all.

I find the word "hate" quite misplaced. Come on, this is one of the countless activities of the Queen and one of the countless outfits she has. She looked every inch the Queen on a gentle and sunny day, with her dress, hat, gloves, purse and shoes in coordinated colour scheme. She was escorting the King, as usual there was a lot of folks outside, loud cheers and well-wishes and as usual the immensely popular Queen was met with great approval. Well, that was it, tomorrow another event, another dress, another hat.
I really like it that the Queen keeps up the standards and appear as a Queen indeed, even when possibly the colour, cut, or design might not be our taste. But "hate"... come on.... Viva la Máxima!

My dear I fully agreed to all you said, I generally like all Maxima's outfits, but I hate some huge hats she wears, I'm free to express my opinion, which was negative only for her hat, so needless to describe again her full outfits, I criticized only the hat, reminding me more a far west cow boy than I Queen, but again this is only my opinion.

 Maxima looks wonderful, and this time I don't even mind the turban. I love that shade of green, it's very fresh in September. I saw a post elsewhere on the forums which said that Maxima seems to create a pleasant atmosphere wherever she goes, and I agree. I also think she has one of those smiles that brightness up a room. Elizabeth II and Crown Princess Victoria are the same for me.

When buttons gape, it ain't great. When buttons pull, think too full.
I have a pet peeve about fabric that pulls because the garment is fitted too snugly.
Yes we know Natan has fitting issues, but it is almost as if the ladies who wear Natan think that gives them a pass for any tight garment.
I love the design. I love the color. Maxima makes me smile with her fashion choices.
All I ask is that clothing fit without pulling. All it takes is an extra half an inch.
