Not too keen on this dress from Letizia, it feels rather drab.

 Same here! Nevertheless a gorgeous dress for Letizia. I like it more now I know it's not a jumpsuit

The temperatures in Seville and Córdoba are higher than on any beach in the world. To Seville and Córdoba in July, you should go with the least possible light clothing.
Queen Letizia can be elegant in a jumpsuit of 40 euros or in a dress of 90. It is she who makes the difference, not clothing.
