Its a great color combo! Mathilde looks much younger when she mixes colors for some reason. When she is in solid color it does not suit her, it looks boring on her.

The boucle-tweed jacket with fringed ends is a nice interpretation of the classic piece. I think that the top and skirt do nothing for this look. A simple dress would have been a much better choice.

The whole thing is a mess IMO and I wish oh! how I wish she would ditch all that colourful costume type jewelry and go with some more classic pieces of which I'm sure she has tons. But the look is too big in the skirt and the jacket though really lovely would be better with pants IMO.

I don't care for this outfit at all, and the skirt does look too baggy on her.

Not a bad look but something is just off.
Maybe it's the mismatched shoes, or the style of the skirt - the overall look just doesn't work for me.

I am not liking this look at all. The dress doesn't fit well and the shoes are just out of place with the colors of the dress. Not a flattering outfit, imo.

May 12, 2012 - Princess Mathilde in beige pants matched with a printed top and what looks like to be a leather jacket. Her overall is quite nice but not a fan of the leather jacket and a brown fringed bag.

I would have loved this look (the combination of red and beige is always a winner), had it not been for the horrible bag.
