I love the coat with this small bag, she looks very elegant in black!!

Albeit the vanilla shade of Madeleine's winter jacket with an (artificial) fur collar suits her warm complexion and prettily contrasts with her new, darker hair colour, I don't fancy that gleamy fabric. Her buckskin(?) coat worn on February 29 looks much more appealing i.m.o.. However, I like the delicate scarf exhibiting a nice leopard pattern.

I agree, I'm not fond of the jacket's fabric. But it's not bad either. I too like the scarf a lot.
 
Love the scarf, with her brunette hair she resembles her mother to me in profile when the Queen was younger.

This outfit looks really great on Princess Madeleine i.m.o.! I just love her coat -its structured fabric as well as its division into a top part and a lower part in different pastel tones (lime green suits her excellently now) interrupted by a black "belt" line. Her equally black garments beneath underscore the interesting crossover of warm and cold shades. Finally, I'm happy that she brought along another scarf with a leopard pattern (snow leopard this time:)).

The first outifit is horrible because of that jeans...and also the boots, I think that she doens't know how to dress properly for this ocassions...it is a micture between casual and formal...but not a good mixture...
 
I love both the short jacket and the coat. Lovely choices!

I think the dark color ruins the red color.I would have loved it if it was just one color.
 
Beautiful color gown, but I don't like that heavy black trim; it isn't flattering at all. She should have also had a better hairstyle to display the modern fringe tiara; the base is so obvious. An updo like she wore on the other occasion would have been perfect.

I love this dress! One of my favourites.
 
:previous: I don't mind the dress, in fact she looked terrific in it at the Nobel's in 2007. But this time out her hair is a disgrace and the tiara just plonked on top of this straggly, lank, unkempt mess.

Same gown, same tiara, different result. On some of the Princesses it would be just another miss, but on Madeleine, who has always looked impeccable in Gala Wear, this is just awful. I am beginning to think Madeleine just does not care anymore and it is really starting to show!

This time gown looks different but I blame the light, at Nobels colors were brighter. I don't like tiara's placing which makes base visible. Indeed she's beaming, smiling all the time, good for her.
 
Its nice to see Princess Madeleine in a tiara again and looking good.
 
Another hairstyle would have made all the difference IMO. Apart from that she looks lovely and the dress is nice.
 
She looks so radiant indeed and I like this velvet gown on her - thumbs up!!

I simply hate the dress; it manages the difficult task of turning a pretty young woman like Madeleine into a frumpy one. I wish she wore something colourful, like Victoria did. Even the Queen and Camilla looked younger and more stylish than Madeleine. On a brighter note, I love her hairstyle.

I agree, this dress looks so odd on Madde. Not the best choice, IMO.
 
All I see are her face, neck and hands because the rest of her just disappears in the background. It is indeed a very frumpy, shapeless, matronly outfit and definitely not a good choice at all. This falls in the "What was she thinking?" category. She could do so much better!

Oh Dear the black dress looks like some Victoria Beckham creation and looks horrible on Madeline made for a 12 yr old throw it away IMO

I am not liking at all the dress princess Madeline is wearing it looks to be made for a 5 yr old she should have picked a better dress for the occasion I also would like to see her as a blond again . I love princess Madeline but the dress is not doing her good in this pic.
 
Not a great look.Does not fit her at all.
 
What was Madeleine thinking! The dress was ridiculous. Surely she had something more fitting in her closet.
