Not a fan of the dress, especially the sleeves.

The dress would have been perfect if it were sleeveless with a narrower belt, and the makeup does indeed resemble a mask. The blush color with the matching shoes are very nice, though.

The dress is way too short and the large, cumbersome belt certainly does her no favors. It just looks ridiculous with such a soft, sheer dress. About the only thing I do like is the color.

I thought the dress was with a turtleneck...

Not my favorite. I think no belt would have been better as then it would have let the dress hang longer. Agree, makeup a bit off color with her skin. The sleeves don't bother me as many of the high end stores are showing "different" sleeves on dresses now. Not for me, but I am sure we will be seeing quite a lot of them in near future.

I actually don't mind the dress, sleeves included.
It's not my favourite look on Letizia, but it's not too bad either.

I like the dress, so much better than those low-quality pants. The sleeves are original. Since the reception was a fun event, a short skirt worked fine.

I like the dress, the sleeves are funky, but as usual its too short and the wide ugly belt spoils it for me.

I like the dress, the top part is stylish, the original sleeves give something extra to the dress and the big belt works fine for me. Since this was a fun and quite unofficial event, the shortness doesn't bother me at all.
The close up shows some interesting details:

I do like the dress, but the belt just doesn't suit because of it's fabric...

Quite a pretty dress for the summer. I like the sheer inserts on the sleeves.

The dress is very nice, despite a little short again, but the belt is uggly and destroys the outfit. Would prefer a thin leather belt instead.
I think Letizia became obsessed with short dresses.... especially since she is not very tall, so she should shorten every dress she wears...

This could have been a very nice look if the dress was exactly one tier longer to get the proportions right, and if it wasn't choked to death by that extremely ugly and belt which looks like something you'd find on an old-fashioned plastic suitcase.

For once, her make up went wrong indeed, far too dark against a white neck:

Letizia today at the Annual Meeting of Directors of the Cervantes Institute in Salamanca. Nice repeated summery outfit, from Uterqüe.

The dress is a repeat and the belt another piece from the Ugly Belt Collection of Letizia's.

I´m surprised to see that so many don´t like the sleeves, I love them and for me they are the best part of the dress, otherwise it would be quite a boring dress.
I think the dress would look a lot better if it were a little longer, the skirt flows in an odd way being so short. At first, it looked to me like if somebody had cut the dress to make it shorter, it didn´t look like its real lenght somehow.
Agree that the belt is ugly and too big for this dress, for me it was unnecessary.

One of my favourite dresses. One of the few occasions in which I´ve liked the pink-red combination, I think it looks funny here, and definitely those strong colours suit Letizia a lot. The belt is too shiny and too big, not my favourite, but this time at least Ithink it looks fine with the dress.

I like the dress itself, but the sleeves are ugly

The pink/red dress however is gorgeous.

I like the pink/red dress very much, I do wish that her belt matched her shoes, the shiny belt is just not doing anything for me. The cream dress is great, although I would like for it to be a little longer (kind of like the pink/red dress). All-in-all she has looked good the last couple of outings.

The pink/red dress is one of my favorites, I love the color blocking combo-it's very summery to me. I'm also loving the cream dress, it's light and good for summer also. The sleeves are nice and I like the belt, it accentuates her tiny waist.
