Truly awful; it's just so shiny and dated looking. The hair looks so bouffant that it wouldn't have been out of place on the TV show Dynasty in the 1980s. The only positive is that it's not beige.

I do like her hair and makeup today. The outfit is a great color for her, but the fabric is a little to shiny for me. All in all, she looked good. Can't wait to see her later.

I like the shorter hair on Charlene. The suit is a little shiny, but overall she looks wonderful.

Princess Charlene looks beautiful in this ice blue suit but I am not sure about her hair. Perhaps I just have to get used to it. Lovely lady who always looks pretty.

I'm glad to see Charlene wearing a lovely color that so suits her, and while her hair looks great in profile, I don't like the high bouffant top.

Thank God she did something different with that freaking short hair; she actually looks pretty again! I also think this is one of the colors that doesn't wash out Charlene; at least from the pictures I have seen which aren't a lot. I may have to eat my words. Probably the best she's looked all year.

I know, right??? Thank the heavens above she finally found out what mousse is and she found out how to work a blowdryer!!! HEE HEE!

I love the color of the suit, but not the suit itself. The material is way too shiny. I also think she should have ditched the brown purse. It throws off the outfit.
I actually like the short hair on Charlene and I think it looks cute today (although just a tad too poofy on top).

Charlene looks really lovely. Much, much better than this afternoon's suit. My only complaint about this outfit is the color, but that's a minor thing. Her hair, jewels and accessories are on point tonight. This is probably one of my favorite looks from her.
