The shape of the dress really suits Charlene - like the bottom half of the print but it becomes too much at the top. The coat is elegant and has nice details

I'd like to think the flash on her shoulder is a great, honkin' diamond boulder. But it is probably an applique.

She looks teriffic and so does he. Her hair is looking really good, thick and lustrous. I wonder what she's using.

I wonder if her dress is a commission to commemorate all the Red Cross people.

I love the coat and the style and cut of the dress. However, the print is a little too much. Maybe it wouldn't have been all that bad without the shiny applique. Her hair is gorgeous.

Wow, doesnt Charlene do more for that dress than the model!
I also wanted to comment on her hair and that it looks good. In fact it always does when she uses a hairdresser.

If you look at the original dress it has the same flashlight shot going on as well. I think it's just part of the print and not a brooch.
