The outfit is elegant but boring too much of the same colour - (my sister said she looks like a giant aubergine )

If she had worn skin colour stockings or different colour gloves and coat the outfit would have been fabulous - and I have too say that hat might make into the ugliest hat category for me - I think her previous years were much better but I guess everyone has a miss. (Just my own opinion obviously)

I like this elegant and simple look, not the best look but i really like it. Such color can be dull, but in this case it is not.
The hat is my favorite. I have always liked this type of hats and it fits her new haircut.
