Double-breasted? Maybe 20 years ago lol.

I think this suit is quite stylish for a film festival. Hip and cool.
He has worn it before

Frederik has indeed been in top form

Not a fan of double-breasted either; unfortunately, it seems prince Daniel likes them...

This one looks quite snazzy on him.

But why, oh why, will someone not tell him that the greying scruff does him absolutely no favors?

His grey beard only adds more interest for me

Close up of his shirt.

People who need beards, imho: WA. Felipe. William, probably.

That is not a proper beard, Fredo. It's like he's trying to be cool and unshaven and failing. Also, I think it just makes him look old. Not mature, not distinguished. Old.

Anyway, his facial follicles make me sad, but I'm glad other people can enjoy it.

And we know from recent photos that Frederik has slimmed down.

And too many gentlemen cram bulky objects down the front pockets. It detracts.
That's what the inside pockets in your suits are for - or alternatively your wife's handbag.

Frederik gets
For this disappointing miss.

He has otherwise been doing well lately.
I'm with you all the way on this one Muhler. Fred looks distressing like a teenager who grew out of his last years school uniform.

The fabric is beautiful and so too his shirt. The whole ensemble just screams 'Spring is busting out all over' but I don't think he has the body shape to 'do" an elegant double breasted suit.

I love that suit on Frederik and I think his overall silhouette in it is good.

However, it does seem has slim-fit suit trousers and a skinny-fit suit jacket - because the jacket is slightly on the snug side, with literally zero room to sneeze.

Frederik's shirt looks very good. The shade of blue of his suit receives 100%!

Wow, Fred still looks very handsome!! And Haakon is not bad looking either. Both men are aging very nicely.

What is it with Haakon and shoes?!?

He even looks happy.

I wonder if he is a secret member of the TRF and takes delight in pulling our legs?

Maybe his pants from yesterday would have been a better option

It's...

Ehhm...

There may be worlds where Haakon's attire is high fashion, but not in this galaxy!

There are men from only two places in the whole world who can get away with wearing shorts, socks up to the knees and boots: Bavarians and Norwegians.
It is as we all know, not only tradition but mandatory (in Bavaria since 1605 BTW) for Bavarian and Norwegian men once they stray off the roads. - In leather-shorts, dark leather-shorts!
The thingies Haakon are wearing are not leather-shorts.

And men, as in no men at all, not even Liberace should he ever have ventured out in nature, carry a bouquet of flowers while wearing shorts.
It's impossible! A man cannot wear shorts and carry flowers with anything remotely resembling grace as is evident from the picture with Haakon. Something to do with bony naked knees.

- There can be only one explanation: A malicious female conspiracy. Notice the laughing women in the background.
They took advantage of this poor, defenseless man. Shame on them, I say!

I will have to tell Grandfather the Shoemaker to make brand new shoes for Haakon.

Ask him to make the shoes unique and shoes that will stand out and be talked about. Perhaps this is Haakon's way of being a "wild and crazy guy"? Just like I'll never ever forget Prince Henrik of Denmark's "Zorba the Grape" outfit which was one among others that stood out.

Yes its an odd look. Also is he wearing a watch with a wide light blue plastic band.
What if we all post him for Christmas pictures of black shoes. To give him the hint. Ha!
