I haven't got a clue but let's hope we don't see it again any time soon. A very rare slip by Fred.

Agreed! Nice to see a change however the jacket looks too small, and short in the sleeves. His jacket should be buttoned, he forgot to shoot his cuffs which finishes the look at the wrists and he had no kerchief in his breast pocket. He's standing there looking more than a little embarrassed didn't help. I was waiting for his knees to knock.
I think his father or grandfather could certainly have helped him polish his new "look" and reminded him that when you are standing up, especially when you are posing for a photo, you button your jacket or you look unfinished.

Yes!
Haakon has gone the extra mile.
Handkerchief. - Not interestingly folded, but it's there.
Lapin pin. - A bit political, but there is something on his lapel.
A youthful, season-tie.
Shirtsleeves have the right lengths and they show.
The bracelets are a nice extra. Personally I don't like them at all, but he nevertheless get a from me for the effort.

I like how Grand Duke Henri's socks match his slacks.
