The Windsor brothers love an animal tie, especially Edward!
Farm yard animals
Horses
what appears to be more horses
Elephants
Dogs
Just to demonstrate a few of his ties! Ties are such a typical dad/husband present.

Wasn't it Jeeves in Jeeves and Wooster, who almost fainted at the sight of elephants on a gentleman's tie?
But I have a perfectly rational, albeit depressing, explanation for these... eeh... novelty ties.
It's indeed the wives.
As all husbands know, wives will remember any slight even decades later - while plotting their revenge.
So they persuade their husbands to wear outrageous outfits in public. Then they get together: "Look what I made mine wear. Top that"!
And the poor husbands are completely oblivious to this sport of payback that goes on.
Here is an instructional video explaining what gentlemen should not wear:

I love the Panama hat, he looks quite debonair. But we still have to do something about the starched handkerchief marching straight across his breast pocket.

If so, then Harry would closely resemble the Queen, since Edward does so. Does that work?

My dear Polyesco. They are not red. They are sunset-colored.

Well, men's fashion choices were all over the place for Monaco's National Day. Next year, maybe a memo to the gents about expectations. Not that they did not look great - just fragmented.

I think it's about time we had a look at Prince Daniel. A man who both Victoria and the Swedes are indeed fortunate to have.
Here we have Daniel in full gala suit: http://stoppapressarna.se/sites/defa...el_middag2.jpg
Daniel at formal events: http://i0.wp.com/royalcentral.co.uk/...NCE-DANIEL.jpg
Daniel to wedding and similar festive, yet formal events: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...351d460801.jpg
Daniel on the job, out and about in Sweden: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...c0e96158f0.jpg
Daniel at official events at court: http://thun.se/wp-content/uploads/20...CB%86llson.jpg
But also on visits abroad is he correctly attired: http://portal.andina.com.pe/EDPfotog...000320406W.jpg
So it's refreshing to see him dressed casually: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...nce_Daniel.jpg
Here he has been caught in front of what appears to be the TV on a Sunday afternoon: http://img2-1.timeinc.net/people/i/2...toria-1024.jpg
And here is a treat for the ladies, Daniel in beach wear: http://stoppapressarna.se/sites/defa...l_smoking1.jpg
But it does happen that he lets his inner hippie come out and really go berserk, dress-wise: http://cdn.posh24.com/images/:enlarg...ns_carl_philip
- Yes, I had to look twice too! But it really is Daniel. Why, all he needs is a guitar on his back and he could be at Woodstock.
For comparison, here is PH in a vest: http://www.jv.dk/modules/xphoto/cach..._3495_2184.jpg
My point, should it be necessary to point it out, is that Daniel is a top contender to the prize of The Most Predictably Dressed Royal Man of the Year,

Thank you for your wonderful images Muhler!
The link that I bolded is showing a wrong image though: Daniel is not in his beach attire...

Wonderful your job Muhler. I agree that the dressing of Daniel is predictable and a little boring for me. And as noted by Marty where is the treat for women Muhler?

Can't see two of your files, Polyesco. Got a 403.
But you are right, one can't accuse Frederik of being predictable.
But what bet did he lose in order to wear that blue beach-niqab?!?
And how is Mary able to stand upright from laughter?

And they've got "water in the basement" at V&D's place. - Idiom, about trouser legs that are too short.
