I've been waiting when Victoria would recycle this dress and finally she did so, and this was the right event to do that. This H&M dress from the Conscious Exclusive Collection is a little different style which Victoria usually wears, but it suits her well. And that gorgeous hairdo crowns the look.
I also like this faux fur coat, it can be used with many outfits.
I loved the glittering top Victoria wore in Italy, and it's nice to see her using new swedish brands. And I don't mind her dark hose because I usually wear them in the winter myself too.

the top part of the dress looks very odd, looks like a regular beech tshirt, not suitable at all for a white tie event with brooches and orders, a total miss imo

The top of the gown is simple, because of how frilly the bottom is. Lace or any other design on the top would be over kill. The simple top also allows the orders and diamond jewelry to shine.

I like the top..not the bottom of the dress as much ...and don't care for the jacket.
Jewelry is fabulous.
Someone please tell her to do something with her hair besides that severe slick backed look in the front!

Her looks is rather meh, and all the ladies weren't dressed so great imo.

I wish the sleeves were different. Otherwise, the blue tiered dress was fine.

Victoria likes her hair in the style she wears so I don't think that will change. It is always neat and out of her face.

I want to like it, because it's such a beautiful dress, but unfortunately I don't! Whenever I see it, I can't help thinking 'Las Vegas'.
But Victoria wears it beautifully. I don't like the choice of tiara.

The dress is too shiny to my liking, but the necklace is a perfect fit for it. That tiara is a tricky one, it's very peculiar and difficult to wear beautifully (the Bernadottes seem to have quite a many those kind of tiaras). It often looked good on Lilian but so far it hasn't worked for Victoria. But she looks happy and beautiful!

Victoria wore this dress also at the gala dinner of the state visit of the president of India in 2015.

The gown is just gorgeous! She looks very elegant! Not sure about that Tiara though.

N knowing eya, she just means the look and not Victoria the person.
I love the color. And the style is wonderful. But the sequins are too much. In an evening look I don't mind shine at all. But the vivid green color matched with shiny sequins is overwhelming. The dress in a dark shade of blue like her mother is wearing, would be much better. Or in the green but not sequins.
She seems to like it for this time of year. We last saw it at the Indian state visit which was in the spring as well.
I love the emeralds on her and I hope to see them on her more
And I always love seeing the laurel wreath.
