Wow! She looks stunning. The dress is so flattering and those shoes . . . to die for, and her hair is just perfect. These days Victoria is hitting it out of the park more often than not.

Ah..Divine. I love the fabric hanging off of her shoulders..Much softer this way. If only her hair wasn't quite so severe.

I never realized what broad shoulders she has.
Love the color of the dress, but I agree, her hair is too severe. She needs something to soften her jawline, not wear it strained back all the time.

Lovely dress,the blue colour is spectacular!I like the gown both in the old version and now, but the shoulder-down way of wearing it is somehow a little bit more feminine and special in my eyes:-)

Its nice that she recycled this dress. Its a lovely dress and a lovely color. Elie Saab really looks good on her. I like how she wore it differently this time round with the shoulder straps off the shoulders. I dislike her hair do, she needed something softer as hair pulled tightly back doesn't suit her.
