Yes, I also have to take a pass on that cape. The dress is alright, but nothing to write home about.

I think so, too. Not really horrendous, But I am not fond of it either.... a Little disappointment after the great Dresses, she has worn lately (also another GREAT Birger Dress).
The Cape is just WOW, stunning!

A simply styled dress with a beautiful metallic blue fabric; what a lovely sheen to it.

If you mean this dress which Victoria wore at the King's dinner for the Nobel Laureates on 11th December 2013, in Sweden it has been written that the dress was from Fadi el Khoury. It hasn't been confirmed. Victoria wore the dress already at her friends wedding in September.

Victoria at a dinner on Monday evening in Accra, recycling an Escada dress and Jenny Packham necklace. The big necklace and simple dress are a nice combination.

Love the dress, but the shawl looks like shiny plastic wrap.

Don't like the color at all. I guess it's appropriate to where she is, but my first thought was " Indian belly dancer."

The blue dress is nice and simple and the shawl is alright, although I feel that the dress would've looked a lot better without it. The necklace is a bit much on this plain dress. A nice pearl or diamond one would've been better and added to the dress's simplicity.
I'm not a fan of her latest outfit, it just isn't my style. The colour does suit Victoria though.

I'm not liking her latest outfit at all. Much too fussy with those sleeves and pattern. It's not a good look with that skirt either. Just IMHO, of course.
