I like the sparkly grey suit with the boxy jacket. I even like the grey shooties, she can pull them off.

I always think "elf costume" when I see suede shooties.
I think the ankle is a lovely asset and that we should share them when possible and fitting.

I must be on my own here as I quite like Victoria's latest outfit as I love her dress/top and skirt. The colour suits her and I like the sparkly touch. However, I do think her boots look a little odd with the whole look as to me they look like a case of Victoria absolutely loving them (according to a friend who I showed these photos to, her boots are 'on trend' at the moment), but not knowing what to pair them with, and thinking that the outfit in question is the closest she could go.

Now those booties . . . they are gorgeous and I love them and I want them but they would look ridiculous on a woman my age!

Now that is what you really wear with booties . . . (husband optional)!

Victoria has just been so blah or outright "NO!" with her clothing choices lately.
I like the blue jacket she wore today.

Now about these booties Marg, I do not know how old you are, but the other day, I saw a very elegant lady of a very certain age indeed wearing them with a pencil skirt and I thought she looked amazing! Not only that, it was in first class carriage on the train so it must have been alright!

I actually rather like Victoria's latest outfit. That shade of blue looks great on her, and I like her trousers, jacket and shoes. Her hairstyle is alright, though I do agree that it would be nice if she experimented with it a bit more. I prefer her hair up however as I don't think she suits her hair down most of the time, but perhaps that's because I've got used to seeing it down as she wears it like that so often.

I think a woman of any age can wear booties. You simply have to find a pair that you like and suits your style.

I think booties/shooties are fine if worn with trousers. I think they look very odd when worn with a skirt. Don't like the look at all. Our Victoria is very fond of the shooties.

Not a fan of shorties either. They look good with slacks, or skinny jeans, but that's it. Maybe they're comfortable for Victoria's feet...
