Victoria looks great, that shade of blue really suits her. Is her hair in a bun or a ponytail? I can't exactly tell, but I think it's in a ponytail.

You can still get quite a good view of the dress even though Victoria is sitting down, or at least to me you can. Sometimes events aren't as widely talked about as others and therefore we'll only get a few of these kind of photos.
