At S.Korea she looked messy, too much black and the pants are not flattering. I loved her hair open, it's such a relief from the boring pull back bun she goes for.

The christening outfit is lovely. I love brown and pink together.
The black outfit is nice, I love the top. She looks great with her hair down! She looks beautiful either way.

What an improvement from this

I always thought she looked like a granny with good skin the way she always pulls back her hair severely ....she looks much prettier not to mention younger with her hair down

The last time Victoria wore her hair down (for a public engagement) was 28 August 2012 for the Polar Music Prize I believe.

Has it been that long?
The open hair is much softer on her face and she looks so much younger.
The prada coat, do you know which collection?

She has such a strong face pulled back so tightly all the time makes her look more severe and older than she is. I would ask if she clearly prefers it like that why does she not get a fashionably cute bob that suits her face? Wait, I guess short hair and tiaras don't jive well. Never mind.

She looks really good with hair down and layers. Just softens the angles of her face. But she often looks really good with hair up, too.
My preference, though, is hair down.

Oh what a vision! Hair down, finally! Her face looks much more soft and she is really naturally beautiful! Pity for the flash of the bra!

I'm happy to see Princess Victoria with her hair down, I think she looks really lovely. She should use this kind of look more often.

Too bad about the bra see through. Don't like the fit of the pants.
Tiaras and shorter hair can work, see Princess Diana

Crown Princess Victoria's Daytime Fashion Part 9: June 2014 -
Her hair looks wonderful down!! It really softens her features and makes her look younger.

Much softer and more youthful look with the hair loose - no telling what her rank or position was from the outfit, though, unfortunately.

I'm not a fan of the outfit Victoria wore to the christening. The coat is nice but I find the colour rather dull and I don't like her dress or shoes.
I also think I prefer Victoria with her hair up, but I don't think it makes her look like an ordinary woman since a lot of other royal have their hair down most of the time in "normal" styles (think the Duchess of Cambridge, Queen Letizia or Queen Maxima). I can imagine that this will be one of those things that I'll get used to after some time, though. Because Victoria has had her hair up for so long it seems a bit unusual to see her hair down. In regards to her outfit, I think it's a bit of a mess. The shoes look awkward with the trousers and top, and how her bra is showing seems a bit unprofessional.

I think that she looks fabulous and young with her hair down. The tightly pulled back bun makes her look tired. I'm not saying that she should always wear her hair down but a little more variety would be nice. I searched through Getty Images to see all of the pictures I could find of CP Victoria with her hair down and there were not very many.
