This is a nice suit on Victoria, but a different shade of tights would have looked better. I love the belt and hair style too.

I have to go along with the general opinion - nice suit but the hosiery is too dark. A shade or two lighter would have much improved the look. I love those dangling black pearl earrings, too.

Maybe the tights looked the strange way only due to the camera flashlight. Agree, it ruins the overall great look a bit.

I actually thought she looked nice, plain one again, but nice. The tights work with the dark look.

I love the coat as well. The color is quite lovely. The rest of the look is elegant and professional.

Everything looked so fresh, polished and elegant today. Victoria is a very elegant princess. Love the lavender coat, gave such a nice, spring vibe. Beautiful shade.

She looks great and the shoes are perfect!! Love them, just a touch of wild with a very subdued blouse and skirt. And the jacket is a lovely color for Victoria.

Love the look here and not a fan of the shoes but they do look nice with simple clours of the outfit ... adore the coat.

I like the short jacket but I donot like the blouse underneath may be okay as stand alone piece but looks bulky. The 3/4 length coat is gorgeous love it.
