I think so too, a really good look for her.

Victoria has used this lovely suit many times. She looked sad but regal. The hat was meant to cover her tears.

Pretty suit and I like the detailing on the front of the jacket. Love wide brim hats on her better than head pieces.

I do like that wide-brimmed hat as well; it's a great style for her and gives her privacy in a very public venue.

She is far from an air hostess. She looked very elegant.

Victoria hasn't been wearing her engagement and wedding rings for many months, according to the swedish press she has a very severe skin allergy. The last time I have seen her wearing her rings was at the end of October.

How sad. I wonder why she is able to wear her watch and bracelets and other pieces of jewelry without it bothering her..

She can be allergic to only one metal, gold. People normally keep their rings the whole day and even at nights, while other jewellery is not worn so long times. And rings are tighter than other jewellery. Victoria had bad red mark at her finger in November and dermatologist Shahla Passian from Akademikliniken said to Svensk Damtidning that the first symptoms of a contact allergic eczema are red marks of the skin and swelling. Many are familiar with nickel allergy, but you can also respond to precious metals like gold and platinum. Passian said you can develop an allergy to all metals and gold is no exception. If you have signs and symptoms, it is better to avoid contact with the substance. That there are those who say that they have previously been very allergic to, for example, nickel, and that after some time have been able to wear nickel again. It can happen but it's nothing what one can expect to happen just by avoiding the metal.

Imagine being allergic to gold; I'd die! It's a shame, though, that of all the pieces of jewelry Victoria can't wear, it's her wedding and e-rings.

My mother had the same allergy. My father solved the problem by having all her jewels reset in platinum which she was not allergic too. Both my mother and the jeweller were very happy with the solution.

So it is not a disrespective comment, only that nowadays most stewardesses prefer more practical clothes and put less effort into their appearance and rather think about the service they do for the passengers!
