Actually the outfit's nice, but I'm not sure about the colours 
And I think her face looks pretty bland, she could really use some more make-up.

I love the red coat but not sure about a coat with white pants!! She lloks nice but I think white is a warmer season colour and not sure a winter type coat is the thing here but the colour suits her.

I may be the only one but I kinda like the outfit. At least its not the worst one.
The skirt is ok, The jacket is nice.
Shoes might be different but simmer is short so why not now

I really like her overall, the top is lovely and and the style works well with the skirt.
Her hair also looks very nice.
