I am in love with the earrings 
The dress reminds me if Princess Leia at the end of the original first Star Wars (episode 4) when she presents the others with medals 
But that aside the color is sensational on her. And Princess Leia aside, she looks stunning. Would be an absolute out of the park but her hair is not to her usual level.

The dress is very pretty on Mary. The color work for her nicely and I like the sheer top part and the long sleeves. Earrings were a perfect match.

I think that's the bottom line. And the pant legs are rather wide. The pants and top stylistically don't work either.

The top and pants don't go together at all. I do like her hair and makeup, but that's it.

A hideous top IMO and unflattering, the pants are ok but the overall was a mess IMO, doesn't look like Mary's usual style. The hair was nice and the earrings were a nice way of adding color.
