Not too sure about Mary but wearing very high heels will force one to have a very straight posture..at least that's what happen to me. For Mary, it will give her the extra height so that others can see her more easily among the crowds.

Or maybe she just likes them and is comfortable wearing them. I love a high stiletto heel. I think that make the leg look long and lean.

You are absolutely correct. Just ask a normal man his opinion. Heels have it!

I agree; stilettos look fabulous and give you great legs. They do look good!
But they are bad for your body; they ruin your feet, they ruin your back and they distort your balancing skills.

Women have been wearing high heels since they were invented. If a young woman wants to wear them she will .

All in all, despite the black on black look I love how the green onyx earrings and the silver on the shoes gives just a flash of colour and light.

Beautiful look! The pleated skirt is really pretty and I quite like her heels.
This is such a simple look but very elegant.

I like this dress and I think this event is very suitable for it. I found it rather underwhelming in the AAA event dutch investiture, it wasnt classy enough for such an occasion.
This time, it makes a nice outfit, Mary looks good and the tiara works well with the dress (I find the tiara too underwhelming for AAA events too).
Its good to see Frederik looking like a human being again.

The first time Mary wore this dress I need to look at it a few times because it's a quite different "Mary-dress", but then I found the dress very beautiful. It's not my favorite, but it's indeed a beautiful dress. But such a dress that only Mary can carry with grace and elegance, I dare not think how I would look like wearing it
But I will also give credit to the handsome "accessories" Mary holds in her left hand... Frederik without beard is my best-looking tonight.
