I love the teal dress those deep rich colours are gorgeous on her

absolute Classy - thank you looks wonderfull from front and back ;-)

I liked the dress when it was under the coat. When I saw the full view, I changed my mind. The top part is nicer than the bottom though.

Not crazy about this sort of dress at anytime but I like it a lot better without all the handkerchief hemming.

This dress is very nice. It's not my favorite Mary dress as it's a little bridesmaidy to me. Still, she looks great and it's great seeing her pearl choker and smaller tiara again.

Nice dress in a very pretty colour. The neckline is too deep though.

A less formal dinner brought out a less formal Crown Princess Mary tonight.

Tis simple dark green dress looks very nice on Mary.

Very pretty dress, very simple yet elegant.

The top looks like the nightgown, the bottom looks like the part of the Halloween witch costume. Not a good look at all.

I love black and lace, but this wasn't made right IMO. Very night gownish and I don't like that black coat.

Yes, I can't say I care for the top at all. The skirt is much better this time around though!

It is hard to see what the black coat looks like behind that humongous bouquet she is holding! :) I don't care for the top of this dress either... not one of her best looks.

I don't think the black dress with the lacy bit at the top suits Mary. I liked her shoes, though. ;)

I don't like the black dress at all, especially the pointed bottom; gives off too much of a Halloween vibe to me. And I'm sorry to say, but with the long unstyled hair, all she needed was a witch's pointed hat to complete the look.

I agree it is too nightgownish but the skirt is better than the one she wore the other year.

Not liking this outfit at all

Maybe Mary is just getting in early for the Halloween festivities?...She does like to add a extra dimension to her clothing choices from time to time...For example: blue at Christian's christening, pink at Isabella's, her in pink and Fred in blue leaving the hospital with the twins...If you read between the lines or overanalyse or clutch at straws :whistling: You will see what she did there :D

And now I have the mental image of Maary as Elphaba from 'Wicked'; green face, pointy hat, and all else that goes with it :D.

Its changed for the better Imo but I don't like the silk lining, that should've changed as well.

Uh, its the lingerie dress, recycled. I never liked the top, too nightgownish. The skirt is different though, for the better!

I love both dresses, I think the original is too dressy to be classes as a nighty.

I quite like the dress this time round and I don't mind the upper part at all. She looks elegant with the coat on!

The dress and shoes I love.
The jacket? Not so much. It looks somewhat ill-fitting.

The dress is stunning, but I really dislike the jacket.

Too much gold for me! The dress is ok but the jacket looks too shiny, hate the ugly bow.

Golden girl Mary ;) at a concert and dinner at Fredensborg palace yesterday evening, November 6, 2012:

Another swing and a miss for Mary. For all the money she spends on stylists, she should really make a better showing. This outfit is horrific.
Bless her for trying I suppose.

If I am not mistaken, Mary has worn this gold jacket with a white dress / gown at a tiara event in the last few years as well.
