The shoes are really very cute with their little bows, and I love the fastening on the belt of the coat.

The most recent pics of Mary here.
I like the coat much more than the first time she wore it, with the hat and pearls.

That's a lovely coat. Reminds me of a Chanel which could be. The outfit looked nice, though the sweater tie im not too fond of.

It is a lovely coat, but she looks wonderful with colour, I almost wish this outfit had a bit more (but the hat provided it the first time and I didnt like it overly much then so you just cant win with me!).

Mary's evening wear
Where can I find a picture of Mary in he strapless brown evening dress? Is there a link somewhere? I've been out of the country and missed a lot (believe I was staying in the same upscale safari camp in Tanzania as the honeymoon site).

Nice, fashionable, yet professional outfit.
HATE the shoes, they are probably MIU MIU or PRADA, but i think they look cheap.

Is she wearing the ring from Pss Isabella's christening? I loved that ring and was wondering when she'd wear it again!

It's a different diamond ring. The Isabella christening ring has 3 large diamond stones surrounded by diamond paves:

The one she wore for the Mary Foundation camp is new and looks like there's one large stone in the middle surrounded by diamond paves:

She has worn the christening ring on other occasions too like the couple's visit to Romania in October 2007.

I don't like the outfit at all, she is too young for it!

Well, I am always glad to see Royal women wearing "real" hats. .. not those feather/flower headpieces all the time.

Anyway, I agree with you sofajr. The outfit is also something Queen Margrethe could wear.
The hat is somehow quite boring.
The suit is elegant... but it doesn't impress me. It's okay, IMO.
The color is lovely.

I like the suit, I think that it is very flattering on her, that it is very appropriate for a princess. I am very pleased to see her wearing hats again, I miss the early days when she wore them a lot more.
But I can see what you say when you think that it ages Mary.
This is a full length picture of a previous wearing.

This outfit looks far too matronly on a young woman like Mary. As someone else said, it would still look good on her mother in law.

When I saw that bourgundy outfit I knew she had it already before. She looks nice in it. Yep, it makes her older but also very ladish like.

I agree Lakshmi, while the suit does make Mary looked older (not that much, maybe another five years IMO) it makes her look very ladylike and professional. And the colour is brilliant against her fair skin

Color does suit her in a way though overall I find it dull & also ageing. The suit is perfectly cut & Professional but doesnt suit her. Also, its early spring, I think she should go for more colorful things.
