I'm not a huge fan of the colour combination although the outfit looks good on Mary.

I don't like either outfit. The floral skirt is too young and too short for Mary and doesnt go with the top, the other outfit is better put together but the top is ugly.

maybe it only looks too short because the print starts further above the knee. To me the skirt looks wrinkly and the style is rather suited to a teenager.

The dress is a miss, the sheer bottom part is tacky IMO and the short skirt slip doesn't do any justice, it looks like a slightly flared skirt. Moreover the print and colour are quite unflattering. This would work as a beach cover up.

I'm a big fan of the boho chic look, but this dress is not good. It looks like she rolled out of bed and put a sheer jacket/robe over her nightgown. The top looks to be sheer also and the bottom needs a longer panel underneath. Not to mention it looks too big on her.

At first I liked Mary's dress, but now I have mixed feelings about it. Sometimes I like it, and sometimes I don't. I love the colour but am not a fan of the black spots.

I have no problem with it. It is the style au currant. However, it doesn't photograph well, especially on a sunny day backlit. But I can see it's charm, perhaps best seen in person. I like the color and pattern, too, both flatter Mary, I think.

I like it. Because it is not lined, it's comfortable and airy in the hot weather. It's something appropriate and casual, the length allow her to sit and bend down easily. Wish i could find this type of thin long dress in my tropical country.
