One more shot of Maxima at Constantijn and Laurentien's civil wedding service.
Hats look very good on Maxima.

Probably not the kind of "hat" Josefine had in mind when she started this thread!

Princess Maxima's Hats, Headwear and Hairstyles
Here you can discuss Maxima's different hair styles.
She's a creative woman, and has already shown different hair styles. I like it best when she wears her hair loose, but sometimes it looks a bit too messy I think.

I liked maxima's hair the best in a bun at the back of her neck like at her engagement anouncement. its simple, classic and very classy.

Certain bun styles are ok but some of them make her look older..The Evita/Beatrix one is definitely not one I care for..
The one where she wearing the lace dress is nice..

I like it when hair is down, loose and flow-y although windy days it's not the best idea :) I think I'm in the minority here :)

IMO, Maxima is one of those rare people who never seem to have a bad hair day. My only complaint is that I can't have hair like that. :P

Yup, I agree with you. She has lovely hair & I like it down as much as I like it up. Sometimes it looks neater up but it might just be a pain for her to have it up too much. I have long thick hair & when I wear it in an updo it can sometimes lead to headaches. It is not what you'd want to have during an official engagement. <--ouchie face

Fabienne Delvignes hats are beautifull esp the one for Friso
and Mabels wedding, I belive she also makes hats for Mathilde?
I fully agree about the hat that looks like french fries, that one she could have saved for the beach.
The hat from Julianas funeral was the only thing on her outfit I remotley liked that day, the outfit looked like a mix between a beefeater and a clown, IMO a funeral is not the place to make such fashion statements, as I dont think a funeral should be about clothes.
I think Maxima is one of the royal ladies that wear hats very well, but I wish that she sometimes would do something more with her hair, sometimes it looks like she just slapped a hat on, and did not even brush her hair properly, It looks so much better when her hair is done nicely like during the recent weddings

Fabienne Delvigne is a Belgian designer, yes. Mathilde, Paola and Claire of Belgium, but also Silvia and Victoria of Sweden are faithful customers of hers.

And if she would only cut off a good six inches of that thin, over processed, flat hair.
Good thing she has such a blinding smile--in my opinion she gets away with a lot of pretty serious fashion misteps because of her great smile.
