I agree she looked washed out but I do like the dress itself. Nice hair do too.

She wore this Valentino dress before in Indonesia. But it looks MUCH better this time.

I don't like the colour on here and the hair is a bit odd with a dress with such a high neckline IMO

I do not like the dress very much, surprised Valentino makes things like this it could also be marks&sparks as far as I can see. Do not like the colour of her belt etc. sort of grey/taupe.

Her hair always looks good in a poneytail or chignon but this parting in the middle and halfway over her ears looks grim, something sad about it. As Bertie writes together with the high neckline.... I understand that she did not wear her hair loose because the dress also has a little-girl-party-dress look about it.

I actually thought the outfit worked far better in October 2012 with the hat, than now.

I had to look back to see this outfit with the hat and I agree- it was very striking with the hat. Maybe because we've seen it that way already, this time it looks unpolished/unfinished.

I agree with those who said Maxima needs to change her hair. When it is down and stringy like this, it is not very attractive.

I think shoes along the color of the skirt would have looked better and less "matchy" to the blouse and handbag. I really don't like the shiny hosiery, either.

I think Maxima looks nice, but the shiny panty-hose are not flattering. Black shoes would have looked better. Now, since today is Valentine's Day, I think Maxima chose appropriate colors .

No comment on her outfit , because this is not my style at all & not too bad outfit ,, but princess Maxima Make-up is really not good , first she really need some good facial treatment , her skin not look healthy at all & then take a good advice from a good expert about how she should wear the make-up , she always wear bronze Blush color which is not looks good on her skin at all .

The jewelry actually gives me the shivers! It seems just awful, like a nightmare.
Otherwise, she looks very nice, vibrant. Her hair is touched up which is good and the silhouette, belted coat, is great on her.

The outfit is fine and she wore it well IMO. I also agree that the necklace and earrings aren't too pretty.
