It's certainly not Susan, but I still think it could be Virginia. It all depends what heel they are wearing and the distance from HM. I don't think it is Fiona, definitely not Mary Morrison, Diana Farnham, Anne Grafton or Lady Elton.

The mystery continues, I've checked the Order of Service for the 50th Anniversary but it just says the Suites in Attendance

Belay that, I found this picture of Susan and the chin looks remarkably similar! It will probably turn out to be a picture of Mrs Jones!

I was at Windsor Castle during the Presentation of new Colours to the Irish Guards. The Queen was accompanied by Richenda, Lady Elton. I have enclosed a very recent picture of her, which I took during the reception in Barracks afterwards.

She is there on the background, but I had a short chat with her and I have to confess she is a very charming lady indeed. The truth with this sort of ladies, as well Diana Farnham and Susan Hussey, is that they know their place on the second rank of the theatre, but they are so respectful and they have the attitude of making yourself comfortable and completely at ease. As a 26 year-old man, I have to confess that Richenda, Lady Elton made me feel very proud of meeting her and being in the company of such an intellegent, charming and goodlooking lady.

I believe it is the Mistress of the Robes 'Badge'.

I realise this was the party but I'm sure it was the same LiW at both

Yesterday I checked the footage of the 2003 Service to commemorate the Coronation. I believe The Queen was escorted by her Lady of the Bedchamber, The Duchess of Grafton, dressed in a white summer dress with black spots and a black hat. The picture Madame Royale gave was taken in the garden of the Palace, but the lady in blue is not her Lady-in-Waiting and did not appear during the service in any official capacity. I certainly think it was the Duchess of Grafton.

Lady Susan Hussey, she is my favourite LiW, I would like to see more photos of her but I can't find them, could someone help me with this? What jewels LiW have? I saw few nice jewels thanks to Royal Protocol post. Do they have more tiaras and what is the provenance of this pieces?

Andrew24, I think that a lot of their jewels are part of the family heirlooms.
The senior Lady of the Bedchamber, known as the Mistress of the Robes, presently The Duchess of Grafton.
The Countess of Airlie is married to an Ogilvy and is the sister-in-law of Princess Alexandra. But Virginia, the Countess herself, is the daughter of an American multi-millionair, so I think she had plenty to chose from.
Lady Diana Farnham is the widow of the 12th Baron of Farnham and always received allowance and profit from the Farnham estate, so I suspect she can buy whatever she wants, even now that her brother-in-law is the 13th Baron of Farnham and she had no children with her husband.
Lady Elton and Lady Susan Hussey, I don't know much about them, but I am sure that they have a jewellery collection and tiaras to choose from.
Andrew24, I just browsed through my photographs and the most recent pics of Lady Susan Hussey appear on Zimbio. On the Garden Party of 7 July, The Queen was dressed in the light green / pistache colour coat and matching hat with white brim and wearing the City of London brooch. On picture 15 of 21, you can see Lady Susan Hussey and The Countess of Airlie chatting together as they wait for HM The Queen.

Most are family pieces or made for the Lady in question.

I believe The Hon Mary Morrison was Lady in Waiting in attendance to The Queen during the visit to the Regiment of the Royal Lancers on Saturday 12/09/09.
