I didn't realize how small she actually is until I saw the photograph of her on the lifeboat. She barely makes it over the top of that railing

The Duchess stole the show at Wimbledon Friday

The real star of Wimbledon: The Duchess of Kent | Daily Mail Online

https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/r...fans-3qjkhvntz

Apparently it was the first time in many years that she sat in the Royal Box.

IMO Wimbledon has never been the same since she gave up awarding the women's trophy.

It's wonderful to see The Duchess at Wimbledon. I agree that the tournament has not been the same since she stopped handing out the trophies. She has an aura of class and elegance that can't be taught or faked.

Thanks a lot for sharing your own photos, RoyalProtocol!

The Duke of Kent yesterday also visited Downpatrick PSNI station and officially named the MV Strangford II ferry. And on a visit to Down Cathedral he laid a wreath on the granite stone in the churchyard which marks St Patrick's burial place.

Thanks for sharing your pictures!

HRH has always been lean but he looks very thin here IMO. Maybe it is just the angle of the shot.

The Duchess has certainly been making headlines lately. Here's another one:
