Interestingly that event wasn't in the CC.

:previous: Whenever Alexandra does work related to St. Christopher's I'm always reminded of my late great-aunt who was a fan of her and was admitted to the hospice herself when she was dying of lung cancer. We still continue to raise money for St. Christopher's as they are an incredible charity and treated my great-aunt so wonderfully when she was with them. I'm happy she got good hospitality in her last few weeks. She would've been 90 this year.

Princess Alexandra as Patron visited St Christopher's Hospice in Sydenham, London, yesterday, February 6:

These pictures are a stark reminder of the ageing Royal family - Princess Alexandra looks a lot more frail than she has done.

It is good to still she her out and about and carrying on her lifetime of service to the family.

I thought so too - an elderly princess who has fought polymyalgia rheumatica and treatment with steroids, along with several falls and fractures, but still feels obliged at 83 years of age to represent her cousin The Queen at some of the more mundane royal engagements, albeit hugely important to the British public.
A True Royal, in my opinion.
