These pictures are a stark reminder of the ageing Royal family - Princess Alexandra looks a lot more frail than she has done.

It is good to still she her out and about and carrying on her lifetime of service to the family.

I thought so too - an elderly princess who has fought polymyalgia rheumatica and treatment with steroids, along with several falls and fractures, but still feels obliged at 83 years of age to represent her cousin The Queen at some of the more mundane royal engagements, albeit hugely important to the British public.
A True Royal, in my opinion.

It appears the amazing Princess Alexandra attended 2 events yesterday. From reading above she is 83y/o. Impressive! That's how it's done, carry on Princess Alexandra. I'm practicing my curtsey just in case
