Perhaps it's these events you recall:

There don't seem to be any photos of Charles & Camilla at the Easter Service for those years.

You are quite right, I would love to see those brooches used again.

Me too! I have a large brooch like the citrine one myself but in amber. Are both brooches from the Queen Mother's collection? I can't find any provenance for them.

My guess is they were. The emerald one had certainly been used by the QEQM, but I had not seen any evidence of the other one having been used.

Rex has a gallery of more images of the family day.

https://www.rexfeatures.com/livefeed...indsor_castle?

I’m surprised to see their nanny with them. They have had the same nanny since Louise was born but I don’t see why they need her then when both parents are there. Maybe Edward and Sophie are going out somewhere after. Just a bit odd to see the nanny. Looks like they had fun though.

That doesn't look like a Western saddle to me, and the stirrup length is wrong for that anyway, so I have no idea what was meant by the Queen riding Western style. Anyone have any idea?

No way to tell from that pic if The Queen is riding western or english....the stirrup length doesn't really tell you.

Nice to see the large turnout for the Easter service, especially since it was HM's birthday that day too. I also like that James is now attending along with Louise - both are growing up! Savannah is going to be nine next year which was the age that Louise first started attending the service IIRC, though I guess it depends on the child's ability to sit still during the service.

Everyone is riding English style in these pictures. I saw that description and my only guess was that they meant Her Majesty was not riding side saddle, as if in a parade.

I know, I mean the Easter service, which is different from the Christmas service.

Today The Duchess of Cambridge, The Duke of Sussex and The Duke of Gloucester will also attend a service at Westminster Abbey this afternoon. #ANZACDay

Prince Harry has been added to the attendees for today's Anzac Day service at Westminster Abbey, alongside Kate and the Duke of Gloucester.
His last-minute addition makes it clear Baby Sussex is due any day.

Looking at the body language between Catherine and Harry, who would have thought the two couples are at waR!

Perhaps they are just very, very good actors? (joke)

They looked very much as they usually do: as though they enjoy each others company, and as though they are happy to be at this engagement.

No, they both seem in good spirits, smiling and seemingly enjoying a joke as they arrived. I don't think they do have any bad feelings toward each other, actually. I expect the Duke of Gloucester was present as his father was GG in Australia shortly after WW2.

That’s his big sister. It’s so good to see them together.
