Why would the last name Bernadotte make anyone cringe in egalitarian Sweden?

Royal expert and author Roger Lundgren's memorial words of Dagmar von Arbin in Fokus are now open for everyone, previously it was behind a paywall.
Even with our current royal family, there was a lot of contact. Dagmar von Arbin lived the last years of her life at a retirement home in Nockeby in Bromma - very close to Drottningholm Palace. Had it been celebrated somewhere with the royal relatives, the royal couple always insisted on taking Dagmar home, and each time the king escorted Dagmar up to the apartment door. "You can think that the aunts in the home were watching", Dagmar laughed afterwards.
The future of the monarchy in Sweden never worried Dagmar over. She had good contact with Crown Princess Victoria and was very impressed with Princess Estelle's way of dealing with the public interest despite her young age.
At the royal weddings, children's baptisms and birthday parties of recent years, Dagmar always participated as one of the guests of honor and then became a bit of a celebrity for the many TV viewers around the country. After all, it was true that, more than anyone else, she brought the Bernadotte family together through so many years.

Tomorrow and on Sunday on Mainau Island
Midsummer weekend 2020
Experience Sweden with the whole family
Midsummer, the festival for the summer solstice, has a long tradition in Sweden and the other Nordic countries, where it doesn't really get dark at night during this time of year. It is one of the largest festivals of the year and is celebrated with relatives, neighbors and friends on Saturday closest to the longest day of the year. The Bernadotte family, who have their roots in Sweden, would like to bring this Swedish tradition closer to the guests of the island of Mainau:
But everything is a little different this year. Around the Rothaus Seeterrassen, we have put up information boards for you about the typical Swedish traditions on midsummer, which provide information about one of the most beautiful festivals. A maypole will also be visible and in the park you will be able to discover many Swedish decorations.

Countess Bettina Bernadotte, the President of the Council of The Lindau Nobel Laureate meetings, visited Lindau's new Mayor Claudia Alfons on 8th June. Among other things, the program of this year's Online Science Days 2020 was a topic.

This year's Lindau Nobel Laureate meetings were postponed to next year. But on 19-21 June there is an Online Sciathon 2020. 48 groups will work on their projects during 48 hours.
"I imagine the young guys will be like me, and if it were me, I would be very happy to have that online discussion." #NobelLaureate Edmond H. Fischer, a patron of our #Sciathon, talks to Countess Bettina Bernadotte about the project:

Lindau Online Science Days 2020
From 28 June – 1 July the scientific world will gather for the Online Science Days 2020 of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings. Normally, the two meetings planned for 2020 would have been held in Lindau, and Germany would have had the pleasure of welcoming hundreds of the world’s best young scientists as well as many Nobel Laureates. This year, we will gather online instead, for a digital exchange between different generations, cultures, and disciplines.
