The man is Ingemar Eliasson, the former Marshal of the Realm. He worked as the Marshal of the Realm from 1st september 2003 until 1st januari 2010.

The whole royal family, also the king, Madeleine, Chris, Carl Philip and Sofia were in Cervinia spending the new year 2013/2014, it was a birthday present from the family to queen Silvia on her 70th birthday. There was plenty of photos of the others too in the royal family thread:
