i wonder how come at the opening of the castle princess madeleine wears her traditional costume, for the second time now, while cp victoria and previously even princess madeleine wore normal clothes.

If you follow the royal calendar, it has been there for weeks, that Victoria and Daniel will attend at the celebration in Skansen and the reception at the Royal Castle. The royal family will leave at a cortege to Skansen at 17.55 swedish time.
