I should think that they, like all Swedes their age, speak English rather well. It's taught from the age of 8.
At the age of fourteen, 7th grade, you get to chose a second foreign language, French, German or Spanish, don't know which they chose though.
Then at high school you can chose a third language. (Or even a fourth if you chose Latin, like I did :-))
This is normal Swedish schooling and there's no reason to assume any of them deviated from that.
