All King's sisters attend the funeral. Princess Desiree,Princess Christina and Princess Margareta attend both days and Princess Brigitta just second day of the funeral in Stockholm

Yesterday's event was very private, and the photos of Carl Philip, Madeleine, Victoria and Daniel are taken while they drive away in their car or when they stand on the grave behind the trees.

I remember my dad telling me something of the sort. That close family wear black ties while more distant friends and family wear white at funerals. I don't know how common it is or when and where. But I have a vauge memory of something like it.

google says that white ties are worn by men very close to the family, while other men wear a black tie.
