I don't think we have ever seen her office and possibly never will.
I think this is a plain meeting room, nothing more.

I think this room has been chosen as it probably a) is a good room to film in b) is probably not her own office and therefore, does not reveal anything "personal".

In light of her former career, I am sure the Queen is acutely aware of the impact of the background and how it might impact the overall visual quality of the video.

There is no question this very minimalistic room is in sharp contrast to the offices of Queen Maxima and Princess Mary, which are both very luxurious and personal, IMO.
 
It is the meeting room that she normally uses, in these images the curtains are closed to see the screen ... but normally the views are these, so the space does not need much extra decoration.
