according to this article, letizia's skincare is by doctors Chams, Carmen Navarro and dr. De la Fuente

they mention dr chams goes to the palace to do the botox implants.

The Princess of Asturias opened yesterday the II Congress about 'Fashion and its special needs". It is about the special needs of disabled people on fashion isuess.
