In Spain this type of press " pink", " of the heart" or "yellow " occupies enough hours of television, and in addition it is necessary to give material to the magazines. From the arrival of the Princess she has turned into a priority aim of this type of press. On the other hand this interest has influenced also more serious press, it is the innovation, and is interested more.

The positive thing is that the work of the Prince comes more to the public, the negative thing that does it in a more frivolous way ... but at least something comes, comes that they work, that travel or that visit a place or other one. The Zarzuela always has wanted to avoid a bit to this type of frivolous press, to centre the activities in what really it matters. The arrival of the Princess has exceeded them, because everything has multiplied, and it means that to organize an act the organization, the protocol and the safety must be different. With the time the situation is calming down, but the Princess will continue being a center of attraction during a time.

Session of photos in Zarzuela

On the first of November, that of 1987, there was born "El Semanal". On another first of November, that of 2003, the public light saw the love between Don Felipe de Borbón and Dona Letizia Ortiz. The most well-read magazine in Spanish and the romance most expected from the country they have marked in red the day of The Saints. And, this year, they have joined to celebrate it.

THE POWER OF THE GENERATION PRINCE
XLSemanal revista online de actualidad

FELIPE OF BORBÓN.
39 years. Prince of Asturias

" I do not have reasons to feel out of my generation - was admitting already 20 years ago the Prince Abc-. I have followed the same student's way of EGB, BUP and COU, doing a similar life both in the studies and in the customs. I think even that my generation brings together very positive characteristics: it is prepared responsibly and knows the difficulties that it must conquer to find a position. But it lives deceived in that will achieve it. " This way it was also for him. After his military studies, he turned into the first Spanish pedantic prince - into Law for the UAM, also conferred a degree into International Relations into Washington - and into president of one of the most prestigious foundations of the world, which takes his name.

THIS WAY IT WAS DONE

(...)
2. TO BE ABLE TO BE OF DON FELIPE

Each of these prominent figures attends to the nuclear power of the shade, already be in a molecular or judicial investigation or at the moment of choosing this only digest of words that composes a song or a novel, or to it of designing a plate or to wear a precise movement to a compass, to a pace, to the tempo of a traveling; at the moment of underlining, without hurry, a scenic silence, of illuminating an information that a holder does not give but yes it explains a fact, of distributing adequately the most special of the paintings on a wall, of detecting a problem, not completely visibly yet, to that it is necessary to develop a technological solution. Because of it, these people triumph: we all end up by seeing what only they were capable of noticing. They are creative and creative.

Suddenly I met, then, in La Zarzuela, in a perfectionists' summit, crowned by the own Prince in his host's role. This love to the detail, this attention to the millimeter and to the second one, fits the life to the present, the only thing that really we have. The gift that we never stop opening. It was the meeting with Don Felipe: pure present. Neither the past nor the future seemed not to exist, at least for a moment. Only we were there, between nervous and relaxed, in the instant. And he, the Prince, really affable, pulverized soon with his delicate sense of the humor the infrequently normal nerves of the occasion. It sounds to topic, but it is true: this man possesses an amazing naturalness to shorten distances, does not say common places and possesses to be able to be of whom he is like he appears without trying to demonstrate nor to seem at all. He approaches, in addition, relaX any topic - is very well informed - and, come the case, can be quiet. This virtue added to the palatial environment remembered Polonio's words to Laertes in Hamlet: " It is big enough to all your hearing and to few ones your words ". Measured without need to measure up. This way I saw the Prince: being what always he has said to feel. One more between others, with the same experiences and vital pleasures, to the margin of the obliged official life.

3. THE PRINCESS, IN SCENE

Suddenly, scarcely begun the session of photos, there appeared Her Royal Highness the Princess of Asturias, Dona Letizia Ortiz. Suit of jacket and trousers, free hair, luminous. She apologized for interrupting like for not remaining, with her brief step, the initial tension: the personalities had received the indication of supporting to the maximum the attitude in which the photographer had placed them. Urged by she, nobody moved very much; those who were in the soil did not get up to greeting her: the gesture was speaking better about her that badly of nobody. Before leaving, Dona Letizia greeted even the last one of the presents and had for everyone a word: " Congratulation, Icíar, for your child. How is he? ". The Prince took to himself the final and most affectionate, clear greeting: the hands of her in the face of him, two kisses, one for cheek, and the smile accomplice of those who feel united. The session followed more calm and, once finished, Don Felipe composed in a dialogue in circle with the guests on the diverse topics that each one was bringing 'position' with his profession. We speak this way about the cancer, of the shared sensation of knowing every day more cases. We conclude what Maria Blasco confirmed to us: the precocious detection puts more patients to the light, but it saves today more lives that never.

Many thanks too, Lula. This article and the pics are very interesting more even that we can think in a first time.

When you are intersting by someone who is not link with your own country preoccupation, sometimes it's difficult to have a true idea of this personality because you have a lot of thing to know.

The Prince of Asturias, after to have been a young heiris becoming a serious crown prince with a defintion of his job create by himself. I want to say that as the work of the Prince has no constitutional definition, only the way how he is doing the duties gave by the Royal House could create the field of his activities.

At the begining of my interest for the Prince of Asturias, I was reading a lot that Spain was Juancarlista and not Filipista. More some of the chronichors said that the son would be never at the same level than the father.

Some years after, to be precise quiet four years after his wedding, we can read that Felipe is becoming a true figure of the economical, social and cultural world of Spain. More, we can read too that he has succeed to reach the confidence of the a great part of the buysness men by his own qualities today visible.

It's very intersresting because during a long time Felipe was described as an heir very well prepared but today He is descibed as a Crown Prince yes very well prepared but also with his own qualities.

It's because of that this kind of article is very interesting because we can see the Prince of Asturias as a young entrepreneur among young entrepreneurs who are ready for the future of Spain.

I'm just finished to read again this article, more interesting the conveniant word is very analytic because the image of the Prince is rising at a legitime place among his other forties yet leaders or near to be leaders. This article is interesting too because the words used are those of the reality of the ecomic, social and cultural world in which the Prince is an actor with his role excatly as a busynessman or a writer, a surgeon and so on. In a democratic society were all the qualities are useful, this article is discribing the intersting qualities of a Crown Prince in a monarquia constitutional modern. For that the article is excelent because is not an eulogy of the Prince,it is the description of the way how are the forties among them the Prince of Asturias has a place for the futur of Spain.

That it will be interesting is to see how the serious press will be reacting because I don't beleive that the tabloids will speak about this issue.

Iberoamerica .- Prince Felipe visit tomorrow the Ibero-American General Secretariat

Prince Felipe will visit tomorrow the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), where he will have meetings with his head, Enrique Iglesias, to review, among other issues the last Ibero-American Summit, as reported yesterday Zarzuela in a statement.

The visit of Don Felipe to SEGIB was scheduled long and is based on the activity of institutional relations with Latin America thereof, as indicated to lose custody of the SEGIB.

The Prince of Asturias and Iglesias maintain a "working meeting" during which, among other things, reviewed the "achievements" of the last summit, as well as the organization of events to celebrate the bicentenarios independence of the Latin American countries, according to these sources.

Paty, thanks for the pics. The Prince looks very at ease.
Do you know if some newspapers had given some articles about this event.

Yes, it's not for itself the event of the century but as it concerns the generation of the Prince, may be we could have some comment about this act, the people who had been there and the different interventions.

Whatever, thanks a lot for sharing all that you have

Paty, do you think that we could have some pics of Felipe piloting the plane?

We know that he is helicopter flying by night graduate in the Spanish Army, I has seen some pics of him piloting plane reactors when he was student in Air Military School, but I think that he didn't piloted a army plane since a while.
