They can be happy for various reasons, not only because of a pregnancy, even though I would love if Princess Letizia is pregnant again.
But in some pictures they are not the only ones that they laugh. Perhaps it was just a fun day for all.

the journalists in Spain say that the princess can be again pregnant because in both previous pregnancies she did the same :
first it thinned much ,later it began to you get fat (I see now that she is better less thin)
and the journalists said that she had faces strange and seemed that she was going to vomit
but I think that it is not good that now she is pregnant again with two cesáreas ones in the body
|
This is completely true and I agree that a third pregancy after such a short time would be quite tough on her body.

Hey, women arn't baby machines .. She just had a baby ( in addition to that, it was a c-section) 7 months ago.

I sometimes have the impression that in the first years of their marriages the CPs are there for breeding only. At least it's their first & foremost duty. Once they are through with breeding and the line of the throne is secure, they can concentrate on their duties as forthcoming Queen consorts. Having a look around, Maxima has three children, Mathilde almost four, Mette Marit three (although one is from a previous relationship), only Mary and Letizia have only two and I believe both will have at least one more. For royal children goes that the more siblings are around the better. They grow up under a microscope and the best that can happen to them is to be in good company, makes it easier. Plus, Letizia and Felipe are maybe aiming for a Sofia & JC szenario, trying to finally have a boy on their third try.

A third baby would be wonderful news
Perhaps these two sweet girls with get a little brother. I do agree though that it is awfully soon, but you never know.
We'll have to wait and see!

Great pictures imo, these pictures are some of the best ones from their activities together. Pictures seem to be very happy. Im not too sure if letizia actually gaines a few kg's or its becasue of her hair which makes her face look fuller, anyways doesnt really make a difference to me, she looked beautiful. For some reason, im really liking her jacket

I agree with you Dazzling, I think because of her hairstyle her face looks fuller and I wish she would have her hair like this more often.

The curls make her look younger too. I don't think she put on weight though, she still looks very skinny to me.

Well, we are not the only ones that are talking about a new pregnancy.
Vanitatis.com - La mala cara de Letizia
"The bad face of Letizia"
The article talks about the gestures that princess Letizia did during the speeches. The most veteran journalists were assuring that these gestures reminded them very much to the face that she puts when she feels nauseas during her pregnancies
" (...) Will Princess be again pregnant?, there would repeat the history of while they more speak about her extreme thinness, she surprises us with the advertisement of a pregnancy. Everything is possible. "

Always thought it´s not good to have one pregnancy after another when you always again need a caesarean. But then I remembered Queen Beatrix who had all her three boys by caesarean. And they were born in 1967, 1968 and 1969....
Maybe someone has experience with that and can tell us something about the medical aspects?

Yes she did. A "normal" birth is always to be preferred to a c-section, if possible. I think in Letizia's case it was a medical decision and not her personal request although it has become fashionable to be too posh to press. Letizia has a tiny frame and both Leonor & Sofia were quite big girls and to avoid any risk a c-section is a good alternative.

Letizia / EL MUNDO
Letizia
So yes. I am going to speak about Letizia, for empathy. This so abstract concept and simultaneously so concrete as it is to put in the place of other one and to wallow in her direction, with her point of view, with the same filter that exists in her eyes for the life. Because every human being takes in the heart a filter of the things that make to her understand the world to her way. And the aptitude to adapt to the look of other one is, probably, an effort that sometimes we do not contemplate.
(...)
For the first time since the prize exists, the Princes of Asturias delivered on the 12th in Toledo the Medals to the Merit in the Fine arts to the most excellent that we gathered them (I did it in name of Spanish Version) and it was a pleasure to live through it with them. For nearby, for hot, for sensible. Because she approached and we chat without hurry, with attention. Because he was coming from Argentina without voice but he spoke, and did it from the affection. Because it is not easy to appear to the life from there, and to share it.

My doctor told me that after two caesareans, she would recommend at least a year gap from the previous caesarean to conceive another child.
I don't think Letizia is pregnant. It was the last event of the year, they had many reasons to be happy. Felipe hadn't been well after the Argentina trip, maybe he felt much better that day.
Anyway the Prince had been very quiet this holiday. Nobody seems to know where they were. The other day we saw Leonor with Paloma and Telma, maybe her parents were out of town ?
