I think so.My hands look like that in the winters, too.

Although their State Visit to Spain ended yesterday, with the official farewell ceremony presided by King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia, Madl and his wife are still in Spain, and today the Princes shall accompany the Hungarian President to the Real Monastery of Santa Maria de Vallbona, in order to pay tribute to Princess Violante of Hungary, wife of King Jaime I of Aragón.

The President of Columbia has cancelled his state trips to Spain and France next week due to ill health (he's in the hospital for observation), so no Gala dinner on Monday.
